Hiring CSRs and Other Agency Staff
Established agents looking to hire quality insurance can access our ever growing database of agency staff candidates who have expressed an interested in working in a local insurance agency. if you are looking more for a sales producer than an admin staff, we can only source candidates will have a direct sales background.
We no longer can offer the “Already Licensed Only” program, although we always try to attract candidates who already posses their P/C license first.
Rate: $275 for a guaranteed minimum 15 interested and qualified candidates. Not available in all areas. Certain skill sets may increase rate (i.e. bilingual, licensed, etc.)
